Hi there. The Turbo on my 2000 W reg Audi S3 has just blown. Does anyone know of stockists (other than Audi Dealerships who stock new ones? Alternatively does anyone know of places on the South coast that can rebuild Audi S3 turbos?

Hey, Bournemouth is my original home town & i was quoted £110/hr labour recently down there by Audi.
In Essex £92/hr by Audi and didn't bother to ask around Bath where i'm often am

But T.a.p. charged me £48/hr for front brake pad change & were much more efficient & polite.

That's wierd, my S3 buggered up this time last year, same problem but worse, I ended up needing a new engine and turbo at exactely the same mileage! I ended up getting a remanufacturered turbo from turbo dynamics as mine was beyond help. Think it was £750 ex vat for the new turbo from memory. Mines been great ever sinse other than the other things that are buggered but I won't go into them.

ps. Audi wanted £1250 just for a new turbo this time last year so I'd say £1650 is a right bargain from a main dealer!
