VW Service in Milton Keynes

My wife's VW 2.0 Cabrio needs servicing and as it is now out of warranty can anyone recommend an independent garage in the Milton Keynes or Northampton area?

I used to get my A3 serviced in Southam at an independant specialist - Stealth Racing. Never had a problem with them, mind you never had a problem..

I've used Stealth Racing in Southam several times. They are absolutely superb.

Not sure how viable it is from MK.

There's a little independent, just around the back of Wayside Audi, that I've started using recently. Seems like a good bloke. I'm quite picky about who I give mine to, even for regular servicing etc, but this guy impressed me. Good, clean premises and a selection of pretty new cars in the workshop.

Mine's going back for a service this week.

I'll PM the number/address to you later on, as I don't have it on me at the moment, if that's okay.

Just as an aside, Wayside in MK are doing a special offer at the mo - a full service and MOT for £125, which is pretty good value.

Won't use Wayside; bad experience Smashed nearside mirror housing (her in doors was not best pleased) sent it to Wayside to be replaced, they replaced the offside and commented that they thought it was perculiar that I was not replacing the damaged one
