I seem to remember talk of a 170bhp version of the 140bhp 2.0tdi currently found in Passats, Golfs A3's A4's etc. Has there been any more news on this, and if so, is it likely to find it's way into the Golf?
The reason I was asking was that it looks like I'm going to be getting a company car soon, and our company only allows diesels but I thought that if a 170bhp Golf was available, then things might not be so bad!!
