Silicone Hoses

I'm thinking of getting a silicone hose kit for my RS6. Now apart from looking better am I going to notice any benefit?

If you're suffering from heat-related failures you may find the silicone copes better. But if you don't have any problems with the current setup then I don't see any benefit other than looks.

Longer life and better at coping with high boost applications. If you are upping the boost it may well be worth it.

Standard car, wouldn't bother unless you are really into under bonnet asthetics like me
