Just took my four year old TT in for its second service and MOT. All costs as quoted, done on time & with a courtesy vehicle. Power steering pump was faulty, as was coolant sensor. All in stock, and replaced under extended warranty on the day, no quibble.
I'm totally chuffed with that. There's a lot of dealer bashing goes on, so I thought it fair to post when something goes right.

I bought my A3 from John Fox, Notts - got a good deal on the purchase, just had the first service, they quoted me £270, charged me £205 and have had a couple of warranty issues sorted without problem, including a new glovebox, I did have one occasion regarding uneven & excessive front tyre wear after 10k miles and got the 'they all do that sir' line which I'm not convinced with but they did a 4-wheel alignment and I'll see how the new ones are at 20k (maybe they do all do it??) but overall I have to say I've been happy with the experience.
