Anyone out there with a Corrado !! can you fit a child seat in the rear ?? thinking of changing the Mk2 16v Golf for a VR6.

No reason why not, so long as it is one that uses the seat-belt; you're unlikely to get an Isofix kit for the Corrado as it is too old.
