Where to get wheels for winter...

I am looking at getting some winter tyres for my A6 (new model), so I am looking for some simple robust wheels to put the tyres on. Obviously, I don't want to use the smart alloys already fitted, BUT...

...all I can find in the after-market stores are fancy alloys! While some are not that expensive, the finish is likely to be ruined very quickly.

Does anyone know where I could get a sensible set of wheels?

All sorts of stuff should fit yours, assuming you've not got some huge brake arrangement of funny offset.

Ebay - always loads of wheels for sale on there. Also, I've heard a rumour that some of those for sale aren't stolen.
