Got a problem (again) with my headlights, I had previously got this fixed but its come back. (My mate fixed the problem by playing about with all the wires etc behind the fuse box).

If i'm on dipped beam and flick the stalk to full beam the lights cut to side lights.

The light on the dash isn't coming on that indicates that full beam is on which i'm guessing means the bulbs are ok.

I've previously changed the stalks, any ideas what it could be? Relay? or fuses?

Any suggestions welcome!

Both bulbs blown.....

Seriously tho, check all the plugs are secured in the fuseboard, check all the fuses too for starters.

Sounds like a duff realy to me if it's switching the dipped beam off too.

Traced it!

Appears to be a dodgy earth on the fuse box. Pulled the stalk back (Like i would to flash someone or turn on the headlights) and ran a test bulb against it and it turned on the heater! lol.
