Mk5 2.0 GT TDI ECU

Bit of a long shot before I start calling my local dealer....

Does anyone know (or have access to) what inputs the Mk5 2.0GTTDI ECU needs to run in normal mode (i.e. not safe/limp home mode).

I am in the planning stages of a project & am hoping to use the above engine, but only if I can run it on a standard ECU (the car will not have air bags, ABS etc etc, so if the ECU needs to communite with all the saftey features this route may not work !).
