A5 1.8 TFSI question

Hi all. Have have S3/A3/A1 on my radar for a while, waiting for a facelift to enter my budget. Today, I thought I'd add the A5 in the search, a little bigger than I'm used to but a handsome thing with the facelift. Anyway, this one popped up locally, and seems good value (maybe too good)

Looking at the specs of these cars, it seems there's two different versions of the 168bhp units. One being almost half a second quicker to 60 according to the stats on AutoTrader, to be fair, the majority seem to be the faster type. What's the difference and how can I tell which one this is?

I haven’t drove the 1.8 but from what I know there’s nothing gained from stepping down from the 2.0. What’s your budget? At 5K i’d rather a mk2 TTS than that A5

Wouldn't mind a TT at all, but have to carry two kids around in the back from time to time, so it's a no go at this stage of life.

Found an Audi forum and posted on there... they're wary of the deal, seems too cheap. Apparently quite a few issues with 2012 cars, think I'll leave it alone. Does look nice though, maybe save up for an S5 one day!
