Oil pressure switch

4 months ago my 2018 Q3 2.0 TDi Sport on accelerating down a motorway slip road I lost all power and the pre heat coil light came on limp home mode activated, I took it to my local Audi specialist who diagnosed and replaced the oil pressure switch. Yesterday the good lady experienced a repeat issue. A quick visit to confirm the problem was back. Replacement under warranty fortunately.
Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue.
