2012 Q3 TDi query

Hi all. Hoping to get some advice/info please - I'm thinking of purchasing a 2012 Q3 Tdi. It's the Quattro model with the Auto gearbox. Unsure what kind of automatic exactly i.e. dsg, s tronic, cvt. Can anyone help with identifying which type of auto it is. Unable to upload a photo but the car is more or less identical to this ad:

Also are the gearboxes reliable? Presuming they need oil changes, unsure of the intervals. The car has done 100k miles but unfortunately has little history.

Anything else to look out for on these, common problems, expensive maintenance, etc.?
