VW T Cross service schedule?

Anywhere I can get official confirmation of the facelift T-Cross service schedule?

One dealer tells me it’s 1 year / 12,000 miles another tells me it’s 2 years / 20,000 miles?

Which one is correct?

Regardless, I can never get my head round the idea of leaving oil in an engine (especially one with a turbo) for 20K miles !

1 year / 12K would seem to me to be cheap insurance.

They are both broadly correct. One year fixed servicing or up to two year variable servicing depending on how the computer likes your driving style and usage. Been like that forever, you choose. Depends how long you will keep the car and whether usage will be urban or not. Personally I would go fixed on a higher performance engine and variable on a lightly stressed one.
