A4 2.0 Tdi Chipping and Warranties

Talking to a chum about her 'chipped' Bora 1.9Tdi made me wonder what options I have with a new A4 2.0 Tdi.
Does anyone have any advice?
Also, does having the car tweaked invalidate any warranty?

I believe there are several companies that can do this. However, most only offer a generic mapping for this engine at the moment. The gains should be significant and should not really affect reliability.

As far as warranty goes, there seems to be some mixed views on this. Some people have said that as long as the extra power is not the cause of the problem, your warranty will still be intact. Some tuning companies offer their own warranty that makes up anything that Audi no longer covers.

Best thing to do would be to talk to your dealership and see what they say.
