2019, Audi A5 Petrol Cap

Hi, the rubber string attaching the petrol cap to the car broke yesterday when filling up. I've been searching on-line and it appears that on some audi's you can just replace the "string", for others you need to replace the entire cap.

Could someone confirm what I should be buying for my 2019, Audi A5 Coupe.
