Having no look finding RS5 with DRC. I know it was an optional extra but apart from the cost is this not worth having? anyone had problems with it. One did come up last week but was sold within hours of listing.

I rate it - makes the car feel noticeably more agile. The takeup as an option was quite low. If you are looking at 20> cars don't forget as well that in this period a lot of people had to buy what they could get, rather than exactly what they wanted. If adding DRC meant an unknown build date (or no date at all) then you went without.

Damper replacements are relatively expensive at over £1k per corner. They can and do go. By the time they've hit 40k miles a lot of cars will have had new front dampers already.

Having just picked up a 2020 B9.5 RS4 I highly recommend it, it really smooths out the awful U.K. roads - better than anything I’ve experienced from Merc or BMW. I will be extending the warranty over the next 4 years as mentioned above reliability can be an issue.

Found it via Sytner but was trawling daily and nabbed it before the pictures went up. I was quite particular as wanted low miles and Vorsprung edition.

Appreciate you’re after an RS5 but he’s an RS4 with it.

If you go for a Vorsprung edition RS5 it should come with all the bells and whistles, at least the RS4 does.
