4WD Yeti Spare Wheel?

I have a second-hand 4WD Skoda Yeti. In the boot is a can of schmoo and nothing else to fix a puncture. I have had a bit of a Google and spare space savers are available, but they all say they are no good for 4WD cars. Is this due to lack of space in the boot? Or is it due to actually fitting the spare (size of brakes, problems with diff?). Can anyone find me a spare?
