2015 VW Tiguan clock spring/Slip Ring....

I've just had my airbag light come on along with horn and steering wheel buttons not working.

Is it worth paying £350 for a genuine VW part, or will the £88 units on Autodoc do the job. I see there's a few revisions and different part numbers available. 5K0953569??

Anyone had any dealings with these, send a fairly common fault.
