Yeti Adventure Cambelt

Evening PH’ers. My dad runs a 63 plate Yeti which from memory has quite low miles. However, it doesn’t appear like the cambelt has ever been renewed.
He asked about it getting it done but both local garages were not willing to do it!
It is the 2.0 diesel. Is there anything specifically complicated about this particular job and also what does anyone know what a ball park figure would be to get this done?

Fairly routine job on 2.0TDI of that age.

Area of £600.

Has he asked a Skoda dealer as a starting point? They often have "fixed price" deals on such jobs. If you can advise area of country I'm sure someone will be able to suggest a garage in the vicinity.

140k interval, but at 10+ years its replacement is probably now sensible preventative maintenance.
