Sunroof drain cleaner - Passat B8

Car is a Passat b8 with sunroof and I've got back from holiday and the car's absolutely full of condensation on the windscreen, the carpets absolutely soaked and I've got water dripping through the boot hatch area.
Looks like the drains blocked with debris.
Is this DIY'able to be cleaned through? If yes does anyone know how?

Ebay has long universal ones that I'll buy.
Reading into this I think it might be a design issue. On the end of the drainage pipes it appears they have spider traps that stop working, this video is for a Tig but its the same roof system I think.

I'll be removing the traps as per this video tomorrow in daylight, I think we had a lot of rain on Thursday before we got back so fingers crossed it's just a blockage.
