Can anyone recommend a cheapish ODB II to allow me to do a rear disc/pad change?

Foxwell and Autel seem to have options around £100.

OBD eleven is under budget and fine for basic service stuff like that.

I'm not 100% sure about the Seat Leon, but the S4 being in the VW group can be done manually by simply removing two small bolts from the EPB motor cover and then a torx key to wind it back.

I would probably still get a scan device like OBD Eleven though as it's very handy being able to diagnose VW specific codes.
