Schoolboy error
While messing about with the glovebox on my Skoda Superb, I dislodged the passenger airbag switch.
Now it’s reconnected, but airbag error warning is seen.
I reset the battery! But still the same.

Google suggests that if it’s disconnected while ignition is on, it needs computer plugged in to clear it.

Any tricks please? Or a person with the right computer required..

You can easily reset this with a suitable OBD dongle and app such as Carista etc. Most will charge for this functionality.

Just ordered Carissa dongle with a 1 month trial (£24), should work! I like a challenge.

£60 is going rate to clear at garage.

Free 1 month trial. Signed up.
Cleared the fault.
Changed a few settings while I was at it.
Cancelled the trial easily via iphone subscription, but still free for the rest of the month.
