VW Golf Mk6 high beam vertical aim adjustment

Hi, having an issue with my headlights. When the dipped beam is aimed correctly the high beam is aimed into the sky. I can’t track down any information on how to adjust the aim of the high beam, plenty on the dipped though.
Are they independent of each other?
