Karoq - online service record?
Discussion
Is there any way for an owner to view this?
Wife just got an 18mth old one and dealer said first service will be due in 6mths time. Made sense.
However on figuring out how to see the "next service due" screen in the car, it's saying it's nearly 2yrs away, as if it's just been serviced.
I'm wondering if it's simply been reset.
Any way of checking? Car has only done 4K miles.

Thanks - salesman has sent me a copy of the VMS? and it shows they did do an oil change service which the salesman reckons he didn't know about, and they left the car on longlife servicing (which I'm fine with) when he said they should have switched it fixed interval.
Must admit I'm not enjoying the used car experience - I haven't bought anything other than brand new for many years - several bits of information have turned out to be "wrong." and this is from a very highly regarded dealer.

Let me look for you, need a reg or chassis.
I'm unsure the name of the Skoda app to see history yourself, but the Audi one is called "My Audi".
Thanks for that - I'm OK with it now, the record the dealer sent me makes sense. For some reason they did an oil service when it wasn't due so the next service date is different to what the salesman told me.I'm unsure the name of the Skoda app to see history yourself, but the Audi one is called "My Audi".
There is a MySkoda app, but if it's like the MyVW one, they stopped showing service history as it was so messed up. I've downloaded it but need to connect it in the car and my wife (it's her car) is out in it at the moment.
Can any of these systems print the data sticker? I ripped everything out of the boot last night (amazingly there's a full size spare wheel!) and there's no sticker. Asking on a Karoq forum apparently they stopped putting them in the car a few years ago,

Long life servicing is a joke, replacement engines are expensive, oil is cheap. You can stick with the long life servicing but change the engine oil and filter at half the recommended interval.
Allegedly it's got to be serviced annually for the service plan (covering two services) it came with although I note the docs say the plan expires 2027 so they must allow for servicing every two years. As it's my wife's car it'll only do around 5K/yr of mostly short runs so I'll get it serviced annually If it was doing more miles I'd be fine with it on Longlife - I ran a Merc for 16yrs on 2yr servicing and the engine was fine (rest of the car wasn't!).

Thanks for the offer - the dealer sent me print out that makes sense, so I'm good with that now.
Ok, since gdr whatever you can only print out the services that you have done, anything else can be viewed but not printed, only mercedes let you print everything offVictory_RS said:
Go to SKODA Erwin Register as a user for free and you can access your cars schedule and print the history
If I understand the above correctly, are you able to access the previous service history of your car via this Erwin register?I've recently bought a used Skoda, so would be very interested, but on registering on the Erwin website, it seems to want me to purchase a "flat rate" for access to any information?
...or am I missing something?
