VW Golf No DAB reception

Hi Guys, Just wanted to see if anyone has had any issues with no DAB reception.
Car is a 2016 with MIB2, FM and AM are all fine, I have stopped both amplifiers on top of the tailgate. Also the large amplifier (in white) which is located on the drivers side of the tailgate. I am now stuck, am I missing something? Is there anything else I can check?
I don’t have a dash camera or anything plugged into the USB.
