Audi A5 3.0tdi Quattro convertible 2011 workshop manual help

I'm just trying to help my old Dad. He's just bought an A5 3.0 TDI Quattro Convertible 2011 model.

Before he starts to use it I'm going to give it a good going over for him, it's got a bit of paint needed and although it has full Audi service history it's getting ready for a service and coming up to gearbox oil change time.

What I am struggling for is a list of fluid specs, specifically for the gearbox and differentials, usually handbooks contain this, but I guess nowadays they don't expect people to do it themselves. There isn't a haynes manual (not a fan of Haynes as workshop manuals but they are perfect for this job), can't find a bentley manual for it, and just had a quick look at ETKA and ELSAWIN and they were no help either, with as far as I could see ELSAWIN telling you to check ETKA for the oil and ETKA just supplying a part number for VW oil.

Can anyone help with either a good workshop manual or at the very least a reliable fluid list? I have googled and found nothing but conflicting information, I want something trustworthy.

For a workshop manual, buy an hour's access to Erwin (~€9) and download everything relevant. Straight from the horse's mouth, it was pretty comprehensive for my q7

I used Erwin and got a tremendous amount of information, workshop manuals etc. Definitely worth the small price.

Opie oils are very helpful too if you didn’t want to go down the Audi route for the gearbox oil.
Ping them a live chat message on their website and they usually respond instantly.
