Swapping a door in an Audi A6 2014

The window mechanism on the driver's door of my 2014 A6 is broken, so needs to go in for a reasonably time consuming repair - I believe the door needs to be stripped right back.
I also want to retrofit memory seats into the car, which means rewiring the door and a new trim piece for the switch.
If I can source a door with my options (Bose, plus the memory seats switch), then what would I need to swap the door in - would it be just a case of switching my control module for the one in the donor door and swapping the door handle over?
Would I need to swap the door lock itself?
If it's just the handle and the control module, then that's pretty easy. Switching out the lock itself makes it quite a bit more complicated?
