Helpful VW dealer assistance please. Part number confusion.

I wonder if any helpful VW dealer/person might be able to help me with this problem ?
I want to replace the oem door mirror indicators with dynamic style ones on my 2022 Facelift T-Roc R. I know VW don't sell them so it has to be aftermarket supplier.
I am confused because I do not know for certain if the pre-facelift indicator will fit the facelift model, I get conflicting replies to enquiries. Is the VW part number the same for both cars or different and if different then is it possible to be given the facelift part number so I am sure e to get the correct part ?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Looking at not very clear google image pictures between facelift and prefacelift I think the mirror design is different, so would assume the indicators are different too.
