Looking for some advice regarding my A4. I bought a 2020 A4 B9.5 2.0 TFSI (190ps) in August last year to replace my Hyundai I30N due to having a baby. Now coming from an I30N i expected the TFSI engine to be better on fuel than the I30N which on a long run it certainly is. My query is i'm really struggling to get 300miles from a full tank, this involves a lot of town driving but does include some longer runs at 50/60mph. I'm sure when we got it we could easily achieve over 300miles from a tank but now it seems to be a bit of a struggle. Its the auto version and its never driven hard.

What range are people achieving from each fill? I know the 2.0 TFSI is used in various cars throughout the VAG range so would be good to see what people are getting. Maybe i'm being paranoid but it does seem to be worse on fuel than when we bought it.

Really you need to accurately record what you are putting in and how many miles you are getting for an acccurate MPG.
"A full tank" doesn't mean alot, Town driving will kill your MPG.

In my experiance TFSI engines are really poor in urban driving, and acordingly to Audi the A4 has a oddly small fuel tank, 40ltrs, 10 less than a Golf, 5 less than a Polo. 8.8 gallons, assuming your not driving it until it stops, say 8 gallons so average 37.5mpg, which is pretty good for urban driving in an A4.
