Anyone Off Road in Their Touareg

In the process of looking for a car that will be useful for towing my track car, and also for some off roading. Disco 4 reliability scares me. Now tempted by a petrol 7L/Mk1 Touareg with the 3.6 VR6 engine. Only thing is, there aren't many aftermarket parts for them. But the Disco has loads! Can't decide, so anyone using their Touareg off road, and any pictures of any modifications you've made if so?

Can't go wrong, love mine just done 138k miles 3.0 tdi goes brilliant super comfortable driven it all over country and tows great

Love there stuff, I think the touareg gen 1 is pretty robust and capable. I was close to buying LR disco or an older RR but glad I stuck with the touareg , 4k gbp and it's been brilliant.
