I’m looking at buying a TTs probably about a 66/17 plate. Can anyone advise if you can completely turn off the keyless feature easily. We have had a lot of cars round here disappearing in the night and it’s a deal breaker for me. If it can’t be turned off I won’t buy one. Google seems to throw up many answers and not all the same.

I don't think you can disable it via the settings - at least I haven't found it. But I bet the dealer could disable it for you.

Is it a full keyless entry feature? Last couple of Audis I have owned had ‘keyless’ but it’s actually only the starter button for the engine and you still need to click the fob to gain entry.

Good point. Wasn’t aware of the difference, thanks

Certainly is, those things are quite impressive.

Unfortunately it might be best to just avoid certain types of attractive vehicles as there is nothing stopping the criminals from gaining entry to the property if they are unsuccessful from outside. Id rather let them have the car than that happening.
