Where lock for door of 2005 TT mk 1

I bought a 2005 Audi TT mk 1 3.2 a couple of weeks back and within three days the passenger door simply would not open (as well as traction control light coming on day 1). My local Audi specialist has said I need a new lock mechanism but Audi don’t make them. I bought a modern replica one on eBay but it seems that after 2003 the mechanisms changed . So it doesn’t work! I need part no . 8N2837015C (the C on the end is critical - if ends with a B that applies to pre 2004 cars and doesn’t work). Does anybody know where to source a used or replica one? EBay sells pre 2004 ones and post 2006 ones but not for 2005! I tried ASM parts (salvage) but there website does not suggest they have it.
