A£ heater not working

I am looking to start to sort out a problem with the cabin heater on my 2014 A3 2.0 TDI. I'm starting with a heating matrix flush. I want to do this via the pipes in the engine bay rather than in the cabin to avoid spillage etc. Does anyone have a diagram of the pipework layout in the engine bay or have done this previously that can give me a steer and avoid me giving up or just buying a new matrix anyway. All the videos on You tube are for earlier models.

Never had more than a marginal improvement flushing the matrix on these. Tried a few times and just end up replacing the matrix.

As above, just replace the matrix and wash the system through.
