Tarraco infotainment issue - pixalating

Hi all -

I hope you well. As well as a hideous water leak through the sunroof drain pipes (which is now resolved) we are suffering from an equally annoying infotainment issue on our 70 plate Tarraco.

I've attached an image but essentially the screen pixelates when using Carplay. It happens with Waze the most but it also now affecting the entire use of CarPlay. There is also a significant delay when using the on screen functionality. Has anyone suffered from this issue (or similar) if so did you get it resolved?
