B9 S5 - setting headlights for driving in mainland Europe

I have recently bought B9 S5, pretty happy so far. I will be taking the car over to France, is there a setting in the menu I can change the beam or is it the old lens stickers I need.
It does have the auto main dip beam option, not sure if that makes a difference.

If it's got LED lights I don't think you'll need to, as they have a level/flat beam pattern as opposed to halogens/Xenon's. We've got a B9 A4 with Matrix LED's and don't remember touching the lights when we went to France earlier this year.

My previous C7 A6 in France did it automatically - a message showed up on the DIS saying the lights had been adjusted for driving on the right.
