How to remove radio seat Ibiza fr 2014

Basically I need to remove the radio to retrieve the radio serial number to retrieve safe code.

I have tried to remove it with the keys pictured but it’s not working for me

I rang seat they have offered to do it for £78 - labor costs LOL. To pull out radio, retrieve radio code so I can get the pin code for the radio to work again. It went off due to dead battery now asks for safe code

anyway any help is much appreciated

am I even using the right keys?

Have you checked the cars service manual. I've had plenty of cars where someone had been kind enough to write the stereo pin code on the inside cover /first page of the service book.
