Q7 with v12 bodykit?

Any Audi anoraks have an idea when the q7’s came out sporting the same bumpers as the v12 car? I originally thought it was 2014 with the “sport edition” but I’ve seen 2 cars now 2011 with the same kit and rs oval tail pipes, just wondering if these could be factory?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Appears to be early 14, but if you have a nose at the deeply-thrilling Q7 owners groups on facebook retrofitting such things is quite popular.
