2013 vw up.....Carplay possible?

Going to view the above for MrsT7 tomo, is it possible to get Apple Carplay to work on this car ?

An up doesn't have a screen in it to use carplay on, our Mii has a holder for the phone above the screen. You likely just want audio input?

That's the GARMIN unit they used, it's not part of the entertainment system as such.

They binned it in the end in favour of the phone connection and an app.

You can get a new fascia surround and replace the original head unit with an aftermarket one. There are a few single DIN CarPlay units around but not cheap.

There is also a double DIN conversion but this needs the heater controls relocated and looks…. Meh
