Madrid Alloy Wheels

Has anyone experience of getting diamond cut VW Madrid alloy wheels refurbished. Mine have the dreaded white worm so are starting to look tatty but it does not look like wheel refurbishers have much confidence in the longevity of refurbished diamond cut wheels as most only seem to give a 12 month guarantee on their work.
