Swapping doors on 55 plate Touareg 3.0 TDI?

Have various faults on all four doors and wondering if there is a reason I can't buy a donor car with all four doors as they should be and simply swap them over, someone once told me if they are not coded the car could deadlock itself?

Drivers door window does not operate - broken cable and lock freezes on cold days and does not open then does not latch
Passenger door has broken wing mirror
OFR door does not open from inside and has external damage
NSR door does not lock
