Audi sat Nav server down?

For 2 days now my 2021 Audi Q5 has not been able to load the sat nav on the MMI. It just says “please wait” but stays like that. I’ve tried a full MMI reboot. There’s a message that pops up to suggest it may have happened following some kind of update.

Is this widespread? Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or will it be resolved remotely by Audi?

Hold the volume button down for about 20 to 30s to reboot mmi

This isn’t a reboot, it’s just turning it on and off. I did a proper reboot but it didn’t work.
