Hi
I understand that Sports Plus with dynamic ride control is an optional extra, but how can you tell if it’s on a specific car? There is the comfort and dynamic suspension settings available through the info screen, is that the same thing as the Sports Plus feature?

"Sports Plus" isn't a mode/feature on an Audi, you're looking for the following option:



If listed correctly it was state this in the advert for the car, if it states nothing it likely has the standard fit air suspension. If you wanted to double check you could call the selling dealer and ask they confirm for you.

If you want/need to check this yourself you should be able to put the VIN into the My Audi app, although this can be a bit flakey. You can also create an account with erwin (not free) and look at the build sheet yourself.

If none of the above is possible send me a chassis number and I'll put it in for you.

If the car has dynamic ride you will have a setting in the mmi to change settings. If it isn't there then the car doesn't have it.

My B9 RS4 had standard suspension and I didn't miss dynamic ride at all.

Unfortuantely not so on RS7; air suspension is standard so all cars have the suspension settings in Drive Select.

With a lot of other models would give the required answer, Audi just like to confuse us sometimes

If it has the option to raise the suspension it's on air, if the option isn't there it's DRC.
