A4 Avant Power Increase

Howdi all, I'm new to this forum of PH and would appreciate your help.
I've just bought an A4 Avant 1.8T (2002 Model)and want to increse the power from 150BHP - whats the best way to go about this? I'm sure you've been asked this all before - bu theres just too many posts to go through, sorry.
Have been to see someone in Newcastle who can get it to 180 BHP for around £500 with a superchips jobby with serial port alts and permanent protection. Does this sound reasonable? Seems to be to me. I also want to hike the power top my Nissan Navarra pickup also so if anyone also has info on that also.
