The fault just says steering angle sensor

Adaptation

Basic Setting

Sensor for Steering Angle (G85)

The fault is saying it needs reset, I reset it the lights go away then come back 3-4 days later

Sounds like classic MK5 ABS reluctor ring rot or a bad ABS sensor(s). If the ABS and steering controllers can't correlate vehicle speed with steering angle, this is the problem you get.

Get someone to scan the ABS module for fault codes and budget for a replacement wheel bearing hub(s).
