Pd tdi cambelt change.. cant get my head around tensioner!

Hi all hope we are good..

Plodding on with the timing belt change on my mk4 golf gt tdi, i have got everything locked and the new belt,water pump,idlers,tensioner fitted
only thing is all the youtube vids ive seen show a completely different tensioner to the one on my 2001 asz engined car, this is my tensioner...





Anybody know how to adjust this or have links to any videos (could only find german,hungarian langauge)
I cant figure out how i adjust this looks like a dark art, any help greatly appreciated

have you pulled the pin on the tensioner?? there is no manual adjustment to be made they are automatic, there is literally hundreds of videos on youtube to show you the procedure
