From the OBD no communication help needed please

Hi there 
I have A3 8P1 2009 1.9Tdi BLS engine
I have an odd problem and I was hoping that somebody will have had this issue or will point me in the right direction.
Upon plugging into my OBD port there is no communication with any modules. Power found at OBD port, and grounds. All fuses are O.K

I have plugged in my OBD (Maxicue) and I have found this but do not know what the DTC codes mean.

Probably best letting a Pro have a look.
I've heard you can brick ecu's with cheap readers!
