I took a lease on around September of last year for a work car, I needed a fairly practical hatchback and with new cars in short supply, choice was limited. That said I was happy with the standard kit and lease price for a new FR Sport.

The car has only covered 3000 miles but the list of things that infuriate me with regards to the main screen are growing.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Screen completely locking
Doesn't respond to basic requests
Sat Nav gets lost and shows the car icon miles from where you are
Heater controls and heated seat controls inaccessible when the car is first started

It also has started to regularly ping an SOS error code and the front radar likes to switch off too much for my liking

Going to call Seat next week but I doubt they will be resolved. Feels like these new screens have been rushed without any real world testing before the cars went on sale.

If its the latest model Leon it will be having the same issues as the mk8 golf. A quick Google with show how widespread these software issues are.

You might benefit from a software update so deffo get the dealership on the phone.

Yep got the same in mine, it's going in week after next for a sw update.
I think the screen not turning on seems to happen when the Hybrid battery is sat at 1% for a while.
I put it in sport mode as that seems to charge the battery ( you can't change to regen mode if you haven't got the screen!)
