Skoda Octy vRS MK1 roll cage, same as a MK4 Golf?

I know this is a bit left field on this forum but I thought I'd ask.

I have a MK1 Skoda Octavia vRS that I use as my track day car. I'm about to strip the interior and have been looking for a half cage for safety.

There are MK4 golf items available and as a lot of the interiors are interchangeable, I wondered if the roll cages were or one would fit?

Anyone had any experiences or knowledge of this?

I'd have my doubts, one of the big differences between golf and octavia is wheelbase.
