1.8T baffled sumps.
Discussion
I want to fit a baffled sump to my Octy vRS, 1.8T for track day use.
There is the usual Forge motorsport example @ £270.00 or thereabouts.
Also: Pro-Race Engineering 06A 1.8t Baffled and Reinforced Sump Pan @ £195.00
Also: Pro Alloy, VAG 1.8T BAFFLED SUMP @ £195.00
Also: AKS Tuning @ £399.00
I am sure there must be others.
Question is, what is best for a track day car. Car is not stripped out and hardcore, stillll road legal but has suspension mods and runs Triple 8's.
If I can buy a sump for £200 that does the same or thereabouts as a £400 sump then that's the road to go down.
Look forward to recommendations and experiences.

Just in case this thread doesn't get many relevant replies, the Club GTI forum or Facebook page could put you in touch with some relevant people. There are various owners on there of 20VT powered track cars.
Have you a link, I will ask one of the offspring to look up the forum.......Gassing Station | Audi, Seat, Skoda & VW | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
