Last month I signed up for the All in One £32 service contract for my Karoq. Seemed a reasonable deal for 2 services. 2 Mots, extended warranty and breakdown cover. It is now reduced by 20% for November. I'm a bit miffed and will be ring Skoda shortly.

Anyone one else in the same position?

It has been a bit of pantomime from the start.

Car was Serviced and MOT'd on October 1. Dealer offered the All in One when booking and I decided to go for it. On car drop off I confirmed I would submit to the eligibility test etc then we agreed to do paperwork in the afternoon at pick up. I am then told the car has to be within 4 days of being 3 years old before it is eligible and although the car had passed checks it was not yet eligible due to the age qualification. No problem I said just complete the paperwork in 4 days. Oh no!, No can do! Had to book in for another eligibility test.......... And then it failed!!!. They sorted the minor Keyless message and finally the forms signed............and then they do a special offer. You couldn't make it up!!

If it's that recent (inside 14 days?) just ring up and cancel it.

Phoned VWFS and they've asked me to phone the dealer.

Dealer hasn't phoned me back....still waiting

I know of one person who has had the price reduced so I will just keep trying. An even better deal is always worth having.

Are you sure it includes the Extended warranty ?
I'd be surprised.

If you own a ŠKODA aged between 3-6 years old, go All-in from ŠKODA*, save money, and get total peace of mind. Drivers who go All-in save on average £570† over two years.

Between 1-30 November, get All-in for only £25.60 a month over 24 months instead of £32, saving £154! You will get two services, two MOTs, two years’ Roadside Assistance, and two years’ Warranty.

To take advantage of All-in from ŠKODA, you need to book an eligibility check where a ŠKODA trained technician will give your car a free eligibility check to confirm your vehicle qualifies for the Warranty cover.

Sounds better than the bloody Audi deal I got / get on my AllRoad....
it was circa £30pm, but still had some fees for the fluids iirc. Oh and the warranty is £350 on top !
